Restorative Yoga is a class that focuses on gentle supported poses to help you release into a deep state of relaxation. These restorative poses are beneficial for anyone recovering from illness, injury, or stress. Everyone is welcome. No previous yoga experience is necessary.  Please bring a blanket and/or dress warmly. Arrive 10-15 minutes early. The door will be locked shortly after class begins.
